Yes, we deliver to all areas of Karachi.
Yes. Same-day delivery is available in Karachi, order before 2:00 PM (PKT). Midnight deliveries are also offered in only Karachi with 24 hours’ advance booking.
You will receive delivery confirmation by SMS, email, or WhatsApp once your order has been completed.
Orders can be cancelled or changed up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Same-day and midnight orders cannot be cancelled once processed.
Our delivery team will attempt to contact the recipient. If delivery is not possible, we will arrange re-delivery. Refunds are not issued if the address is incorrect or the recipient refuses the gift.
Yes, COD is available in select locations for certain products. Prepaid options (credit/debit cards, bank transfers, mobile wallets) are also supported.
