At GiftsNLove, we want every order to bring joy and satisfaction. Since our products include perishable items (cakes, flowers, chocolates) and customized gifts, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Eligibility for Returns

Because most of our products are prepared and delivered fresh, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The product does not match the description or order placed.
  • Non-perishable items (e.g., personalized mugs, frames, or accessories) may be returned if unused and in original packaging within 3 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Fresh flowers, cakes, or other perishable goods once delivered.
  • Customized or personalized products (unless damaged or incorrect).
  • Items damaged due to misuse after delivery.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will only be issued if the order meets the return eligibility criteria.
  • In case of wrong or damaged delivery, you may request either a replacement or a full refund.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after confirmation.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund.
  • Same-day and midnight delivery orders cannot be cancelled once processed.

Delivery Issues

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we will:

  • Attempt re-delivery at the earliest possible time.
  • Contact you for alternate instructions.
  • Refunds are not provided for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailability of recipient.

We may update our Return & Refund Policy to reflect changes in our practices or customer needs. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.”
