Shipping & Delivery Policy

At GiftsNLove, we know timely delivery is the most important part of gifting. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when we deliver orders across Karachi.

1. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver to all areas of Karachi. Delivery availability depends on the product and your location within the city.

2. Delivery Timelines

Standard Delivery: Orders are usually delivered within 24–48 hours (depending on location).
Same-Day Delivery: Available for selected cities if the order is placed before 2:00 PM (PKT).
Midnight Delivery: Available in major cities for surprise deliveries. Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.
Custom Date & Time: Customers can choose a specific date for delivery during checkout, subject to availability.

3. Shipping Charges

Standard delivery charges may apply based on the city and product type.
Express and midnight deliveries may include additional service fees, displayed at checkout.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed only after payment confirmation (for prepaid orders).
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in select locations for eligible products.
Once dispatched, customers will receive confirmation by email or SMS/WhatsApp.

5. Delivery Exceptions

Delivery may be delayed due to:

Public holidays, strikes, or weather conditions.
Remote or non-serviceable areas.
Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses.

In such cases, we will contact you to reschedule or provide alternate solutions.

6. Failed Deliveries

If the recipient is unavailable at the delivery address:

Our team will attempt re-delivery or contact the sender for instructions.
If the address is incorrect or the recipient refuses delivery, no refund will be provided.

7. International Deliveries

At this time, GiftsNLove does not offer international shipping. We only deliver within Karachi.
